MAIN STREET
2) Smedley House
Circa 1820

First built as a residence, it became Cap Fulton's barber shop. Cap boated that he was "the biggest liar in town". He displayed a liar's license on the wall.

Dormers were added after a fire in 1900. A pressed tin ceiling is still visible.

This building has also been a beauty salon.
