| Carlisle-Nicholas Co. Tourism, Inc. and the Nicholas County Historical Society was given the historic 1883 J.T. Sims/Neal Building which we are converting to a museum, arts and welcome center. We will move our headquarters to this building, allowing substantial expansion of our holdings and programs. |

| The work on the J.T. Sims/Neal Building will allow Carlisle-Nicholas Co. Tourism, Inc. and the Nicholas County Historical Society to operate a welcome center and educational programs, with a re-creation of the country store the building had been.
Another portion of the building will serve as a museum for holdings and other contributions. A large public meeting space and arts center will be developed in an area of the building once used as a public theater. This will open up future educational, arts and recreational opportunities across the age span of county residents, with special emphasis on activities for children.
